Refund Policy

Framed Wall Art / Art Prints 

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective framed wall art/art print must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Further, if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product received, he may contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and we will gladly issue the refund. However, the cost of shipping the product to our premises has to be borne by the customer.  

 

Lastly, we are reluctant to accept cancellation of the order.

  

Digital Art 

 

Owing to the digital nature of the art, we are reluctant to accept return and issue refunds on digital art files (PDF & PNG files). Further, it is pertinent to state here that cancellation of the orders of digital art files is also not entertained. We offer exchange of the order only when the customer has inadvertently made a mistake in selecting the size of the digital file, however additional charges will be applied if an order is placed for a larger size than the previous one.     

Personalised Art (Framed Wall Art, Art prints & Digital Art)

 

Since the art is highly customised and made to order, we are reluctant to accept return and issue refunds on the personalised art. Further, it is pertinent to state here that cancellation of the order is also not entertained. Moreover, exchange of the order is only acceptable in case the personalised art is a digital art file and the customer has inadvertently made a mistake in selecting the size of the digital file, however additional charges will be applied if an order is placed for a larger size than the previous one.
